What does the 5% transaction fee cover?+
Payment processing (Stripe), order fulfillment routing, and customer-side checkout. Your markup goes 100% to you. The fee is taken from the base catalog price, not your margin.
When can I cancel?+
Anytime. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period — your store stays live through the end of the month, then automatically downgrades to Starter.
Who handles fulfillment and shipping?+
We do. Every order ships from the print partner closest to your customer. You never touch inventory, never pre-pay, never hold stock. Print-on-demand means you only pay for what sells.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans include white-label subdomains (e.g. shop.yourorg.com). Bring-your-own custom domain available on Enterprise.
